This Black Heritage & Jazz walking tour is an extraordinary journey through the history and 'herstory' of New Orleans 300 years. This tour is 2 hours and will start in Armstrong Park and journey through this cities famous Jazz legends, then we visit the Treme, the oldest African-American neighborhood in the entire nation, with focus on Mardi Gras Indians and the civil rights movement. This tour is real and raw but also uplifting and educational. A must try when visiting New Orleans.

Walking tours are available four times a week:

-Monday 10am or 2pm

-Saturday 10am
